We try and have family game night at least once a month. I have a 6 year old, 4 year old and one under 2 that can’t play just yet, but enjoys all the excitement. Sometimes the younger aged games can get quite boring for adults and that’s why Blurt is fun for everyone in the family!
I really liked Blurt because it is a game where one player asks questions to the other players and the first one to Blurt out the answer gets to move their piece on the board. What’s unique about this game is that the cards are double sided. One side has questions for young children and the other side has questions for older children and adults. This makes playing games with younger children much more enjoyable for the adults.
I’m sorry, but I refuse to play another game of Fancy Nancy…refuse!
My girls love Blurt too and actually ask to play daily now! My 4 year old didn’t know some of the answers, but she knew enough to have fun and get a few moves in as well. The 6 year old was on fire!
For a great family game that will be enjoyed by all age levels, I recommend Blurt!
