Avoid Sugar-

Sugar decreases your immune function almost immediately, a strong immune system is likely to fight off viruses and other illnesses including the flu.

Get Adequate Rest-

Regular rest will keep your body strong and ensure the body has strength to fight off potential invaders.

When you exercise you increase circulation and blood flow throughout the body.  The components of your immune system are also better circulated, which means your immune system has a better chance of finding an illness before it starts to spread.

Wash Hands-

Keep the germs off!!

Eat a Balanced Diet-

Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to keep your immune system strong and then can easily fight any potential bugs.
