Get Adequate Rest-
Regular rest will keep your body strong and ensure the body has strength to fight off potential invaders.
Exercise-
When you exercise you increase circulation and blood flow throughout the body. The components of your immune system are also better circulated, which means your immune system has a better chance of finding an illness before it starts to spread.
Wash Hands-
Keep the germs off!!
Eat a Balanced Diet-
Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to keep your immune system strong and then can easily fight any potential bugs.
