I can’t believe 8 years have gone by already…the tragedy seems like it was yesterday because I remember the exact moment, where I was and what I was doing.
I didn’t know anyone that died that day, but I still felt a loss and a sadness for all the people that did lose someone that day.
I was working for Express at the time and we had a store located in one of the towers. I’m pretty sure no one was hurt that day physically, but emotionally I’m sure they will be scarred for life.
So, here is to remembering a day that changed the world forever.
