I’m loving a new show my daughter discovered on Nick Jr called The Fresh Beat Band.
The show has four characters Marina, Kiki, Twist and Shout that are best friends that like to sing and dance together. From the moment they wake up in the morning, they are singing and dancing their way through the show. The songs are original, uplifting, fresh and very catchy! I’ve actually caught myself humming and singing the songs from the show!
The show is geared towards preschool aged children, but my five year old has grown attached to the show wanting to wear her sneakers like Kiki with the tongue popping out. I have no problem with her wanting to follow the Fresh Beat Band’s fashion styles because they are fun, fresh and very cute!
