- Daffodil – The daffodil is a sturdy trumpet-like flower that is known for it’s sunshine yellow color. The Daffodil belongs to the Narcissus group which also offers other colors including pink, white and double color combinations. The Daffodil needs to be planted in an area with sun to partial shade in organically rich soil that drains well.
- Dwarf Iris – Mostly popular in dark to light blue and purple, the Dwarf Iris is a low-profile plant that reaches a maximum height of 6-8 inches. It’s best to plant these beauties in full sun to part-shade in average soil that drains well.
- Lily of the Valley – These gorgeous Spring flowers are known for their gorgeous white or pink bell-shaped blossoms. They can grow up to 15 flowers on each stem and prefer a shady location.
