Heart for Him Ministries presents Grace Centers of Hope’s 9th Annual ‘Walk a Mile in My Shoes’ Walk-a-Thon at the Detroit Zoo in Royal Oak on Saturday, June 7, 2014.
Proceeds from the event will support the Children’s Summer Programs and Hands of Hope Childcare Center at Grace Centers of Hope.
Event day registration begins at 7:45 a.m. with the walk beginning at 8:45 followed by children’s activities and award ceremony at 9:30 a.m.
Cost is $10 per person (ages 10 and up) and $5 children ages (9 -2). There is no cost for children two years and under. Participants must register online. Large group registrations – please call the shelter.
Grace Centers of Hope is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization and all donations greater than $25 are tax-deductible.
