There are many fun LEGO events scheduled around the Detroit Area. Here is a quick run-down:
Henry Ford Museum – LEGO Architecture: Towering Ambitions. This exhibit features 13 models of outstanding architecture like the Empire State Building and the St. Louis Arch. There area also demonstrations and LEGO play areas. The show runs daily until February 24, 2013. Tickets run $12.50 – $17. The museum is located at 20900 Oakwood Blvd, Dearborn. Family LEGO Night – At the Brandon Township Library 304 South Street, Ortonville, MI 48462. Families can drop in on Tuesday evenings starting January 15th and every Tuesday until March 19, to make their own LEGO creations. The event is free. LEGO Creation Day – At the Shelby Township Library. This event is scheduled for Saturday, January 19, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Bring LEGO’s to build your own special creation at the library. The event is free.
