Visit Lake St. Clair Metropark Nature Center on
Saturday, May 12 from 10 am – 3 pm and celebrate International Migratory Bird Day.
Lake St. Clair is a haven for birds heading north. Stop by and see who is “dropping in” and learn how you can help these travelers survive their journey. Find out about projects you can do in your own backyard that help birds throughout the year. Make and take a milk carton bird feeder ($2) or pot up some seeds to grow plants that help birds (while supply lasts for an additional fee). Go on a bird hike and participate in activities and crafts.
Event Fee: Free
