Learn Tai Chi Chuan and Get Fit

Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese martial art.  It is slow, repetitive, circular movements that open ionternal circulation and improve strength, agility and balance.  The instructor is John Marchewitz from the Michigan Wu Style Tai Chi Institute.  He also trained at the Kung Fu Academy in Hong Kong.
