I remember about two Christmas’s ago, my daughter participated in a gift exchange and she got the best and most used gift she has ever gotten. It’s funny I remember this because I seriously don’t remember what I got for Christmas LAST year.
Anyway, she had gotten a cute princess cup, plate and bowl set and she used the crud out of that set!
I contacted Zak because I knew that anything they sent me to review would be a hit with my girls and when I found out that they had plates, cups, bowls and place mats with the Disney Princesses and Dora… that sealed the deal!
I was contacted by Chris at Zak.com and I’m not sure what his title is exactly, but If I was asked what title to give him, it would be Chief Customer Service EXPERT! Chris got right back to me, shipped out products for BOTH of my girls and I got them within 2 days of speaking to him and has been extremely nice and prompt when contacting me! I’m letting you know this because I feel that a company’s customer service is the backbone and without it they will not be as successful as they could be. It’s even more important than the products they produce!
Well, back to the review:)
I don’t know who was more excited when the box from Zak arrived… me or the girls. I was excited to see their faces and boy was I underestimating their enthusiasm! They started screaming and wanted to use their plates, bowls, cups and matching place mats right away and for every meal there after! They were really cute too!
A plate set from Zak would make an excellent child’s gift! They love to eat from their favorite character’s plate, cup or bowl and you know they will get lots of use out of the set!
