Zap Zone Will Attempt to Shatter Two World Records
Zap Zone is going for two world records as part of its 25th anniversary this August! On August 22 & 23 the Canton Zap Zone location, 41953
Ford Road, will attempt to break the world record for longest marathon of laser tag by playing over 25 hours straight. The game will start at 5 pm on the 22nd and will run over night into the 23rd. There will be limited spaces available for customers to play along side the 16 participants as they attempt to break the record.
On August 25, Zap Zone in Farmington, 31506 Grand River, will attempt a new record for the largest winner stays on a tournament of laser tag. This tournament will be open to anyone in attendance that day. To celebrate Zap Zone’s 25th Anniversary, everyone is invited to play one free game of Laser Tag at any of the company’s nine locations from Noon to 10 pm on August 25th, and everyone who plays on this day is a part of making history and breaking the world record.
Established in 1994, Zap Zone has nine fully remodeled Michigan locations and continues to grow. It is a Michigan-proud company that is locally owned and operated. “Many adults remember Zap Zone from their childhood and are very surprised to see the growth when they walk through the doors now,” says co-owner Dana Hermann.
