It’s the time of the season when I love to bake! I took advantage of the Halloween month to bake a few batches of candy corn cookies. One batch had candy corn and white chocolate chips and the other had candy corn and peanuts. They were both good, but the majority liked the candy corn with white chocolate chips.
My candy corns melted more than then ones where I got the recipe, so if I made them again, I would put the candy corn and peanuts or white chocolate chips inside and form the dough around the candy. They still tasted great!
