You cannot be lonely if you are happy with the person you are lonely with. This quote was shared with me on Facebook and it made an impression.
It made me think about how important it is to love yourself, respect yourself, be happy with who you are and the decisions you make in life. I have three daughters and I have sleepless nights worrying about them and the world I brought them into.
I hope that if I can teach them one thing in life it is to love themselves first and foremost. I want them to be comfortable in their own skin knowing they are unique and beautiful in each of their own ways. I need to remember that I can only do so much and then I have to let go. All I can do is continue to show them my strength as a woman and pray.
