WHAT:
Tickets are still available for the Red Oaks Waterpark Family Fest on July 16.
Families can enjoy waterpark features after-hours plus games and activities for only $5 per person.
Family Fest guests can enjoy waterpark features until 9 p.m., including a Soak Station water playground; Spray and Play area for toddlers; River Ride; waterslide; and wave pool.
Other activities start at 7 p.m. and include bouncer and inflatable obstacle course; Old School Playground Games; DJ with music; GO! Fish and GO! Cache adventures; climbing tower; puppet show; and a Kid Fun Zone with face painting and games.
Everyone will receive a free frozen treat. Concessions building will be open, with regular menu and pricing, throughout the evening.
Cost is $5/person. Space is limited. Advance ticket purchase required at the waterpark, Recreation Office or by calling 248-858-0916. Rain date is July 17.
