All ages are invited to enjoy a Splash Bonus Nature Exploration Day at Red Oaks and Waterford Oaks waterparks, June 30.
Guests can enjoy a puppet show and nature program in addition to waterpark features, all for the same daily rates.
“For the nature program, we demonstrate how common, everyday materials can relate to aquatic animals and their lifestyles,” Parks Naturalist Tim Nowicki said.
PAWS, the official mascot of the Detroit Tigers, will also be available to pose for photos at Waterford Oaks Waterpark 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or Red Oaks Waterpark 2 – 3 p.m.
The puppet show is offered at Red Oaks Waterpark from 1 – 2 p.m. and Waterford Oaks Waterpark from 3 – 4 p.m.
