Karen St. Clair started Wett Giggles as a way to get her six-year-old to clean his dirty fingernails. She designed the soap around a nail brush to encourage children to scrub. Combine that with sweet scented soap and you have a product that is sure to please moms and their kids.
The soaps come in the shapes of numerous animals including frogs, cow, dog, ducks and a hippo. Each is named after a Shakespeare character. Wett Giggles also offers a line of planet soaps, which are colored to look like Earth, Jupiter, Mars and Pluto (coming soon). They are flat on one side to allow for a child to easily hold it.
We received the Hamlet soap from Wett Giggles. From the moment I showed my daughter the bag, she was talking about the frog soap. She was so excited when I handed it to her to suds up. She held the soap by the frog top and easily ran it around her hands and up her arms. The watermelon scent was perfect. It wasn’t too sweet or strong. The soap held together well and produced a nice lather.
My kids better look out or I might steal their soap.
