If you love to sing and would like to join a large chorus, a long-standing group in the Troy community is looking for you.
The Troy Community Chorus <https://www.troycommunitychorus.org/> will be accepting new and returning adult members beginning with its first fall rehearsal on Tuesday, Sept. 8. The chorus has been a part of the Troy community for the past 31 years.
There are no auditions for the general performances and members do not have to be a Troy resident to participate.
If you’d like to join the chorus, registration begins at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 8 and 15 at Troy Athens High School chorus room. Rehearsals are every Tuesday from 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., starting on Sept. 8. It costs $30 per person or $50 per couple to join the group.
The chorus is lead under the direction of Mimi Gass of Royal Oak and accompanied by Min Sook Chung of Troy.
