13th Annual Juneteenth Detroit Parade and Festival

Celebrate Juneteenth and the class of 2023 on Monday, June 19, 2023, at Nandi’s Knowledge Cafe located at 71 Oakman Blvd., Highland Park, Mi. This family-friendly event will run from 1 pm -7 pm and will consist of a parade celebrating 2023 graduates, gospel, poetry, BBQ, games, prizes, and an all-you-can-eat, taste-and-vote cook-out cook-off!

If your high school graduate would like to march, graduates must line up at 11:00 am at 14101 Woodward Avenue. The parade begins at 12:00 noon and will end a Nandi’s for an afternoon of family fun! The event will conclude at 7:00 pm.
